   I hear you loud and clear----I wish Ohio would pass a law like California---the ratio would be tolerable at five patients to one RN on a med-surg floor.

   Hey everyone, I am from Southern Ohio. I work at a hospital here in my hometown of Portsmouth. I work on a medsurg floor. I am currently and LPN and in school for RN. Two semesters left!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
