Here in our state you can get a job as a personal assistant or a sitter in an agency even if you don't have experience or cna training as long as you know how to take care just there basic needs,and u will be shadowing somebody.

Aloha, Congratz on ur new job. Actually ur not gona get paid overtime unless u work over 40 hours, CNA in oahu works a minimum of 2hours and a maximum of 12 hours shift/day or night, But better if u ask the HR how they pay u. Hope this help. :) Mahal...
