    The district (in Texas) I am working in is starting to make changes to our staffing to include CNA's. Currently we have 38 schools in our district and 24 RN's with a student population of 27,000+....

    Exactly the thought of many of the nurses in my district are thinking concidering the cna's would be working under the license of the RN they are paired
