    I didn't feel offended... as I said English is not my native language and I live in a German speaking country with a official translated form of the MDS. There we code this point under "Transfer", so...

    ... yep I did. I would say it is clear to code it under "Bed mobility", but English is not my native language. So I am not really sure what to understand under "moving to and from a lying position"...
