   Since may 2013 also they are requiring those rn who applied for reciprocity to take english proficiency exam... Before they are just waiving the english exam when you just apply for reciprocity/...

   Heres an update regarding my reciprocity on nevada...they just need a written explanation why i do t have a license in the philippines... And if the letter is valid they will waived the local license...
