    i am wondering about the ard dates on the assessments in a swing bed facility, we typically only have the patient in a swing bed for a few days and rarely over 10 days so i set the ard date anywhere...

    thanks so much, i rarely have a 14 day pps and thought i could have the same ard date and use the same info. on both the 5 day and d/c. i find it crazy that i need to adjust the days by one a few days...
