   You have to pass either TOEFL+TWE(essay)+TSE or IELTS(the speaking part is easier).You need to check the requirements of the Board of nursing.You do need to take any other English proficiency exams.

   We need 6.5-overall band and 7.0-Speaking module.I failed once TSE-i earned 45 .Good luck.
