   Hey AmberKu, CONGRATULATIONS to you too!!! But my problem is that I don't see a fax number provided...Are you going to have it faxed to the office number provided on the form?

   Whoo Hoo~I got accepted into the Spring2013 semester!!! Now I am looking at the response form..does anybody know how we are supposed to send it back? Print out and mail it or by email or fax? I don't see a number for faxing tho..
