For those who haven't heard anything, maybe you should try calling tomorrow! I would think hearing nothing is a good sign!

And I would like to also point out...I recieved my transcript evaluation not that long ago (maybe 2-3 weeks) and it was wrong...and I got in. Also, I took the HESI late late December and sent in my application maybe a week before it was due. I did contact the office and let them know that some classes were misplaced (it seemed to have happened a lot, almost everyone I have heard from had a mistake). However, I did not specify any of the classes. So if you think because of mistakes on your transcript evalution may hold you back, don't give up hope!

to everyone still waiting (and those wondering which program they were accepted into), we should be getting letters tomorrow! i know from two difference accounts that the letters were sent out yesterday (monday) so we should be getting them wednesday. remember, they are changing into a different system, so there is a chance that they haven't told you via the ut portal due to glitches, etc. best of luck to everyone and i hope more people hear great news tomorrow! i know everyone has worked really hard. :w00t:

To who got a second interview... You may want to call and confirm. Last semester I remember reading on allnurses that the second interview was a mistake and they just got a email for another interview accidentally. If it isn't a mistake, I would think it is good! They probably just want to clear some things up. Best of luck to everyone!

Remember...someone called and was told that the letters would be SENT Monday...So we can expect them to be in our hands by Wednesday!

This is a really random, off topic question... Do we need a Biology elective? I know UTMB requires one and I know UTHSC wanted 5 hrs of elective but I was not sure if they had to be science. I'm picking out my summer classes.

Meghana- I have no updated holds as well. I am wanting to believe what was told to whomever the brave soul who called was told...The system was being fixed today and everyone is going to have different holds. While it may be a good sign, I think that there are some people who will get in that don't have the holds! Letters sent out Monday! So Wednesday we will know for sure! Why can't they just e-mail us? lol, NOW!

This is crazy. Hopefully by Wednesday we all will for sure know everything!

Lol, I was thinking the same thing. Someone should call who has the holds and ask what they are. Maybe then we will get a final answer!

So far I just have the end of semester transcript under my To-do list and no new holds. I am hoping for the best!

it seems like some past applicants first got their letter and then their hold changed, but it changes every year!!!

I found out what the problem was. Firefox for whatever reason doesn't load the page but Internet Explorer does. Under my To-Do list is only the end of semester transcript though

Same here. All along that link hasn't been working. Tried it today because I saw it was working for some people on here. I have not had any luck with it though. But, the page it is taking me to is different than the page I was getting before so maybe they are in the process of fixing it. Let me know if anyone is able to get through! Has anyone from the Fall 2012 BSN Generic program heard back?

Nope...didn't get a letter in the mail today.

That would make me so disappointed! Hopefully the next letter is the real one with good news! Crossing my fingers for tomorrow!

Thanks! Yeah, I was told April 15th and saw it was a Sunday so I thought maybe we were contacted by either email or myUTH. Hopefully they have already sent out the letters or will send them out this week! Best of luck everyone and let us know when you hear something!

Your application and transcripts should already have been sent to the school of nursing by the UTMB office. When they say they just need your transcript from the end of the semester you are currently in, they just want to know you completed the classes that you said you were currently in. It will not hold you back from acceptance and it will not delay your application being sent to the SON! I am still in classes and was told to send my transcript after I finish this current semester. I still got in so I know not having some classes complete does not hold you back. A lot of people on here had or still have incomplete. No need to worry. I would just make sure that they received your application and transcripts. Best of luck and I hope this helped!

I received my transcript evaluation about 2 weeks ago and I had the same thing happen that a lot of you experienced. Some of my classes that I know for a fact will count toward the classes required where under the "classes that do not fulfill requirement" section. I have emailed but have yet to receive a response. Any of you who have had the same problem figure it out? Also, will we be notified via email or snail mail of our acceptance? Best of luck to everyone!

What's a conversion score? The scores I posted are just the ones that are on my transcript from the school I currently attend. I have no yet received a transcript evaluation so if the GPAs change on that, then I do not know what my accurate GPA is!
