    It doesn't have to do with your hair.Bald,long hair,with mustache or without etc.As long as you're equipped,paid the test,have the requirements,you're good to take.Good

    What particular subject they want you to take?I graduated from the Philippines too way back 2009 and same as yours,got denied and they want me to take MS and OB to qualify for the NCLEX-RN

    You can try state of Hawaii or New York.think you can apply whenever you graduated few years ago as long as you have your transcripts evaluated by CGFNS CES for HAwaii and CVS for NY.Good
