It depends on your employer. Mine they asked for a hard copy of my license and they also checked my name online. GOOD luck to all of you guys.:)

Same here,it's been a year since I got my denial letter but I haven't found any schools yet.Im in bay area too.

It's been almost a year now since I got denied to take the RN exam and almost a year since I got my LVN license. Now I registered again for another trial of becoming an RN which is the NCLEX-RN in another state.God bless future RNs and PN's.

Did you read all the threads regarding the concurrency issues here in cali?I'm in SAn Francisco too.Yes you may apply to take the NClEX exam whether you're a licensed or not but since you're an international graduate like us here,the board might ask you some documents like clinical rotations and if they find out you're clinical cases were not concurrent with your theories,they might deny your application and ask you to study MS and OB again. Did you recently passed erick???Because I got my license in December 2012 and I didnt get a letter asking for my license registration/card in the PhilippineS.

Each exam has their own difficulties but I'm sure you'll pass.I was scared to take the exam too but I got over it and passed.I graduated from the Philippines too.:)

You don't need to have a 51 months paid bedside experience.As long as you have your bachelor's degree in nursing,you're good to apply:)

You can answer it by yourself since that is your declaration of nursing education.You can rely on your clinical rotations schedule for the lists of the hospitals.As for the agencies, agency who's responsible for the nursing practice would be PRC and agency that regulates the colleges is the CHED.As for the infos,check it online.If you don't have license or registration in the Philippines,that would be fine,just put None or N/A.And for the about the Internet or distant learning,put 0...Good luck
