    its called lippincotts nclex RN alternate format questions.....heard good things about lippincott....yes you definately need to know content...dont concentrate too much on those scores it will drive...

    see the most unstable pt first....go by ABCs and then maslows hierachy ...and remember that pain never killed anybody! the questions are soooo much like the lacharity book ...LOTS of select all that...

    yes but just practice practice practice doing questions and you will get it...most important thing is read the rationales...really puts it all together! you will get it! make sure you practice...

    i failed at my first attempt too....i look at it as we now know what to expect....dont feel discouraged because it is a hard test....i dont know if i even believe that 86% of people pass bc i sure do...

    i say do the hurst review...much better content review (i think) than kaplan..kaplan questions are awesome but you can get them free if you google kaplan questions or kaplan question trainers...
