confidence!!!

Published

Hello all!!! Taking nclex again on Monday and I'm pretty nervous. But...one thing is different this time...I'm being confident!!! I'm not thinking negatively like I was last time....I just knew I was gonna fail because everyone was talking about how hard it is. I had a bad feeling from the start. I was so nervous going into it that I almost vomited a million times!! I am taking the test now at 8 am instead of in the afternoon....which I definately don't recommend taking it in the afternoon because then you have all morning to worry. My point is...that we all have it in us to do this. We made it through nursing school....we CAN and WILL PASS THIS TEST. It will take some of us more times than others...and we may not understand why....but I can promise you there is a reason for everything. The key is not to give up. Don't talk yourself down or say you can't do this because YES YOU CAN.....Say it over and over with me lol I WILL PASS...I WILL PASS!!!!! Don't get discouraged if you didn't pass the first time. Cry, get it out, take a few days off to relax, then pick yourself back up and start over from scratch as if you had never studied for it before. Most importantly, NEVER GIVE UP on your dreams. I look at it as failing once has broadened my knowledge base even larger than before!! and now I know EVERYTHING haha not quite....this is just a sorry...dumb test lol we must conquer this beast!!! God bless all:)

Good luck Keldel I love your attitude about the test.

Good Luck Keldel!!

good luck!!

what are you using to study?

THanks yall!! I am now doing the hurst review....I did Kaplan the first time around...which I feel like has great questions that are most like nclex...but hurst has a better content review which I feel like is what I needed...I'm also using Lacharity's Prioritization and Delegation book...bc soooo many questions on nclex are priority questions!
