   @junealex Not yet, but I think it's getting close. My friend who's currently in the MECN program said one of her classmates was #29 or so last year and still got in, albeit pretty late into the summer. I'm waiting it out!

   As for how many people they let in on the waitlist, in previous years it's been ~20-25 people, but the class size for the MECN program has increased from 60 to 90 people. They said they're not sure how that will affect the waitlist situation. Hopeful...

   Congrats to those accepted! I got in, too :) Question: in my letter, it says I must pay the $1000 deposit by "Friday Monday 09, 2012." Did they mean Friday March 9? That's incredibly soon!

   I was waitlisted, too! #26. Scarily big number. I did get into the USD program, so at least my "worst case scenario" is pretty good. Still holding a sliver of hope for UCLA, though :T
