   OK determined to get this right. So in the Nursing Process Goals are written in the Planning Phase for the need of the client. In the Nursing Order the Intervention is done by the nurse to help the client meet their goal.

   Aww sounds like your having a bad time of it, but on the other hand your not sitting around either, I think taking extra classes that will further your education after the A.S. program is a great idea. Don't give up, hang in there, I know it's easier...
