   they started their new sets of orientees just this tuesday.. some of the orientees are july2011 passers.. And to think license of july2011 wasnt completely released.. Thats the power of BACKER SYSTEM.. :)

    Orentee is the term they called to those who needs to undergoe the training..the after being an orinetee for a month, theyll have an evaluation, if you passed the eval, you'll then be promoted as an PROBI NURSE for 6 months, then they'll evaluate you...

    Uhm does anyone know if mmc is now open for new orientees/trainees?? i think this year they only have 1 batch of trainees compared to last year where they open more than 4 batches of orientees/trainees.. From what i know, mmc is more on backer system...
