Take Kaplan seriously next time. I think its a touch overrated but it seems to help a lot of people, having failed that many times I am curious to know if you have done this? Why not if you havent?

it sounds like its time for a change of pace. Go somewhere else, transfer units, maybe another field of nursing... have you considered hospice? infomatics?

I think they do it in my facility because RNs are expensive lol I'm not totally certain I am equipped to deal yet but my training is not over so we will see.
