   I have a question--what are the reason why nclex-RN applicants need to go to school or take refresher course? Is it if your application has been expired for 3years? Or if you took nclex-RN three times and failed? Thanks.

   hi. I have a question.. My application expired for BON IL (3YEARS HAS BEEN PASSED). Is it okay to re-apply all over again or do I need to go to school/refresher course? I took NCLEX-RN once and I failed... thank you.
