   We are a TINY ER, about 60-70 pts per day, 8 beds available. We rotate 2 on 2 off 3 on 2 off. I hate it, but it works for us I guess. It makes us work 84 hours a pay period. We only have 2 day and 2 night nurses 7-7. Rarely we get a float from 3-3...
