I haven't lost a job but a friend of mine did and he had no trouble finding a new job. I can't imagine there's a nurse out there that hasn't made a med error.

I think that's too much detail. I'd put discharged and if they ask say I made a medication error and here's what I learned from it...It admits accountability for the error but that you're willing to learn from it.

I'm using Khan Academy to study for the math. Seems like I've forgotten a lot of math since the last time I was in school. They have videos and practice problems to do on the site.

I had a similar situation happen to me like that. It turns out state was in the building and they didn't want orientee's running around while they were in the middle of their survey. I'd call and clarify for sure.
