    I second the malpractice insurance comment. Also, we teach all of our nurses (I'm an ADON for a childrens home health agency) to chart CYA-method. Chart EVERYTHING no matter how trivial.

    I made that move myself and I LOVED it!! There's so much to learn and see and do!! I bought critical care made incredibly easy and hemodynamics made incredibly easy and loved both of them!!

    I am a woman and I always wear a pant suit because business casual is too open to interpretation and I also feel like wearing a skirt can give off the wrong vibes as well.

    My last one was 10 minutes or less. She asked what drips I had done, what things I was able to do, etc then said "ok great your offer will be over in an hour"
