    This is why I don't even take OTC meds from my facilty...I keep a few tabs of pepto & ibuprofen on me so I don't ever have to take anything from them...next thing ya know your accused of stealing...

    Umm.. Maybe it's just me here but the Dx you stated, screams alt. mental status! Keeping her calm should be a vital part of the care plan, if that involves getting her her scheduled Narc's on time.....

    You should file a police report, harassment and threats are illegal and you should document with the proper authorities that way if you are contacted by the BON you can send them a copy of your police...
