I've been living with family in Bangkok since September. I came here to teach English while I wait to get into nursing school. I thought I would be here at least a year, but NYU changed that plan pretty quickly! I can make the facebook group for us, but it requires me to have at least one person to invite before I create the group. I don't have any friends in the program though! Hey everyone! I just got accepted to the Spring 2011 program too. Can't believe I'll be living in NY in less than two months! Thanks, Beeny for your info. It was helpful...now to start the apartment search! Should be interesting seeing as I'm living in Thailand until the end of December, so I guess all my contacts have to be made by email. I was wondering if any of you would be interested in joining a facebook group for those of us starting the program in january? I think that could be a good way for us to share info on apartments, the program, etc.
