  1. Hi all nurses Last week I was at hospital with my dad. He don't speak any english, so I was with him all day for 8 days.There was a GREAT nurse Wendy. She just smile and talk to him and tell him what she is dooing, I though that was sooo nice. I am new grad RN but don't have job jetbut when I do I will be like her because it make patient and family feel much better,just by smiling and show caring. We meet nurse menager and my dad said to her WENDY VERY GOOD and NM was proud and told nurse what my dad said.She deserved to be told of her great work. So smal things make nurse bond with patient.   5. I heard that if nurse don't work for 2 years, you must take NCLEX again is this true or not. I graduated last august and don't have job, and I am afraid that this is true.I hope to find job soon and don't have to take NCLEX again.Thank you for responding. Cao

  17. In the hospitals I went with school everithing is on computer and diferent color tell you for example yellow means time to give red means you are late.You have to look at computers often, they are in front of every patient door.
  18. nike running shoes are great for me, also I heard shoes with blue heart are good I forgat their name
  19. I'm so bored at home waiting for my kids to come from school. No job offers or interview. It's about 6 mouths since I become RN
  20. we never practice iv insertion in school
  21. I don't think hipa is violated it is for patient care all the phone calls
  22. I wish I am in similar position because I am new graduate withouth any offers good luck to you
