In Georgia we have a written test and preform 5 skills. 1) A Measurement (For me it was BP) 2) Hand washing (everyone has this) 3) Occupied Bed-Making 4) Peri-Care 5) Foot care 3-5 are randomly drawn.

GEORGIA PIEDMONT TECHNICAL COLLEGE! They have campuses in Clarkston and one in Covington. Great school and its about 5 months long =) You get hope if you're eligible but you have to pay school fees. Worth it!

I would not say its normal because in my clinical we couldn't transfer residents or be alone with them in the showers for liability reasons. 2 students does not equal a CNA.
