    As far as I know...the 22k is just for the tuition. I could be wrong but I think you need to apply for the WIA near where you live..I think you can find out about it through your unemployment...

    No the math compass test isn't hard at all.. for some strange reason.. Ambria's math compass test claimed that I didn't really pass it and I needed to take a math class..which I've taken a TON of math...

    Yes you have to take their COMPASS exam when you apply. It's kinda similar to the TEAS in the fact that it has Math, Reading, Grammar, etc... but the COMPASS exam is WAAAAAAY easier than the TEAS!...
