  1. No, I don't believe so.
  2. I thought I had replied but evidently it didn't send or save. My case manager gave me a few ideas of Wound care Utilization review Education
  3. I am near Tomball/Cypress. Far NW of Houston.
  4. I am fairly new to TPAPN, I was referred by the hospital I was working for. I had contracted covid and was taking CBD gummies to help with the anxiety, stress, insomnia and other symptoms. When I return to work, after being off for 5 weeks, it was my second week first shift at the hospital and I had a needle stick. They tested me for diseases alcohol and drugs. I popped positive for THC due to the gummies that I had been taken for several weeks while fighting covid. I am a one year mental health track but when I look for jobs the manager see TPAPN and immediately expect drug abuse, drug diversion and turn me down. My stipulations are the basic ones being monitored, no overtime, no floating, no travel. Daily check-ins face to face and one call in. I do not have any narcotic or drug restrictions or stipulations. I need some guidance on how to proceed in finding a job. I have worked med-surg/tele/stroke and PCU medical, PCU cardiac and I was a charge nurse for over a year for med-surg and ortho. I honestly do not have a drug or alcohol problem. Before being on the program, I may have had two beers per month. The CBD gummies I was taking had 0.03% THC content which for my understanding is not enough to create hallucinogenic effects. I am assuming that from taking them for a couple of months the THC built up in my system to cause a positive drug test. I just want to get back to work, I love taking care of people. It's my passion, my calling and I'm ready to get back at it. Thanks for reading my post and help.
  5. Where did you find a job in HH?
  6. I took my exam Tuesday, Sept 15. When I checked the Tx BON site, my GN permit was still showing. Wed a.m. I checked it and neither the GN permit nor the RN license is showing I exist. Is this good, bad or indifferent.
  7. Nursegirl2014 Was the "NCLEX review packet that is 35 pages that i found on one of the threads on all nurses" a link or was it where someone typed out all the information ? Thanks
  8. ** Who are you taking for Med Micro.
  9. Taking the HESI for the first time on Tuesday at CyFair. I am nervous about it, the reading comprehension always gets me. I have been studying the Math section pretty darn hard, as I am not good with percentages, but I am learning. Any tips on the test ? I will be taking Medical Micro at Fairbanks with Susie Hsieh. I hear she is a great instructor. I have 8 of the 12 points needed for admission - just need the HESI points and I am done and hopefully with a high enough grade to get in. Please let me know if there are any suggestions or pointers for the HESI. Thanks all.
