   I was eligible to take NCLEX at September 2009, and i took it this April 2010, got my my RN liscence using only my ITIN# here in State of California, so i think this only effective on new applicants.

2. CA BRN new changes affecting International Nurses with NO SSN

   I was eligible to take NCLEX at September 2009, and i took it this April 2010, I recieve the letter from CABON that i passed and they were looking for my SSN, i sent a reply to them that im going to use my ITIN, after 2 weeks i got my liscense.
