    Yes I would say (as others have) that for professional it basically means "re-learning" nursing. Everything is different with Neonates. There is basically no room for error because they are so tiny....

    You would still be going back and forth to the rooms, since the babies are in and out of the nursery. Not as critical though. Usually just normal labs and teaching for the parents
