   I had the same issue with my background check. I called the background company (I think their phone number is on the original e-mail they send you) and they sent me a copy of it in a new e-mail along with a passcode to get into it.

   I turned my acceptance letter in Monday morning. I submitted the background check request the same day I got my selection letter (Saturday) and got confirmation and a copy of it Monday as well.

    Just finished the background check ($65.00), completed my acceptance form and FDLE form along with check for $35.00 for drug testing, and now I'm looking for an American Heart Association CPR class. Looks like those are running about 40 -50 dollars....
