Exaggeration much! I'm talking about a range order of 5-10 q4h. And the policy at my facility allows it. They refer to q4h as the dosing interval and on any range order I'm allowed to give up to the max dose within the dosing interval.

So in this case you do not consider 5mg a partial dose? Obviously it would be a med error to give 10mg q2h. But I can give up to 10mg in a 4 hour period. If in "every 4 hours" of the day they never got more than 10mg, I don't see how that is wrong. I...

I actually feel more comfortable in a group interview as opposed to one on one. I think we are most likely only interviewing with our top two choices. Mine were General Surgery and Acute Care Elderly. I'm flying in from Boston. Super nervous!
