    i am not 100% certain but if you read your candidate bulletin it tells you that you can not re-register during yur open registration,you have to wait until it ends before you can reschedule....

    I don't think there would be any reason for the pvt to not work. ( well at least i hope ) it would make sense to not let someone reregister if they passed and register if they did not. I don't know...

    I am in ca as well it should only be about 4 weeks wait to get the envelope in the mail. ca board is slow, unfortunately for ca lvn you have to wait to find out if you pass roughly 4 weeks then pay...
