they say that creatinine level is the best test should be done in patient with glomerulonephritis than BUN test?why?

why those patient having Acute glomerulonephritis can lead to hyperkalemia?. thnx.:redbeathe

i know that once the sodium is increase therefore the potassium will decrease but there is one here in forum says that it can lead to hyperkalemia.

Can anyone tell me why is that 0.3% NaCl IVF is always given in patient with acute glomerulonephritis?thx... and what is the tonicity of 0.3% NaCl?hypertonic?hypotonic?isotonic?thx again..
