they say that creatinine level is the best test should be done in patient with glomerulonephritis than BUN test?why?

    The creatinine clearance measures how much creatinine is being excreted by the kidneys. If the kidneys are not working right, less will be excreted.

    BUN can be elevated from dehydration. It's not the best test to determine kidney function.
