   doc stamps would cost P25 each. each sheet of the document needs to have doc stamp on them.. as far as i know, duplicate documents are available at P75 per page, the same cost for authenticating documents.

   I think it is still 300 Php. 450 Php is for new members. Annual dues is 300 while registration would cost 150. Since it is already for renewal, you don't have to pay the registration.
