I'd say no. Save that 14k for nursing school. You'll need it. After first semester at nursing school, you can get the paperwork to get your CNA. Which CNA are mainly employed at the hospitals you want to work for as a RN someday. C

weird, class for evening program starts jan 12 while the day program im in doesnt start till jan 18, hold it through pink lady!!! it'll be ok, if they drop you over this financial aid crap, it'll be ok.

You do need micro. Just take during summer.

its very true live and learn, but your in almost done, your achieving your goals, that's all that counts.

From experience, the greatest nurses came from being a cna first, you see exactly how it is, even if its starting from the bottom, you really understand. Benefit by networking once you have a RN, and you get that experience.

i have seen it done successfully, but the person wasnt working, just school, no life pretty much, microbiology is pretty intense, alot of information, even more with the lpn program, if anything do during summer if you can.

totally agree, espically they have time to decline this opportunity, then alot of people have to switch whole path around in spring 2011, but its all worth it, but such a hassel.

this is correct!! clinicals for evenings on saturdays, mondays and wednesdays 5 to 845, the schudule is also on the lpn application, its still up on the gateway website, fast track pn program, application spring 2011, it has the times of the classes.

miteacher, they literally called me wed jan 5th telling me i got into the evening concort, then with my schudule i asked if they had slot during the day, the coordinator sounded like they had tons of spots, she then gave me a slot during day concort ...

I just got into the program, i didnt even have to wait for lpn program, people didnt show up at mandatory orientation last night, and i got the slot!!! im so happy.
