   @ryan: you could submit your requirements even w/o ielts first. They will not process you papers unless you completed the necessary

   @umah 88: i don't have experience but I might take the pre-registration 2 years study i know it's expensive but the good part of it is that I could apply for residence visa w/c is good for 5 years......
