    I'm also using the official ATI manual to study. I bought mine on amazon. I also use youtube to watch videos on the concepts (science & math). Look up "khan academy", those videos in particular...

    I haven't gotten an email yet, but my application status was updated on Webstar and it shows I was accepted for spring 2016!! So start checking
