I think the big reason why they are stressing no scrubs is because they want to make sure it's not see through at all..it was confusing to me too, I just made sure my tops were button down/zipper style, and were thicker than the usual scrubs. Same with the pants. I also bought a thin, long sleeve undershirt to wear with the top, so that helped. Idk I hope I got the right things! :/ they're going to have some used ones at family night tonight so that can also give you a better idea too

I bought them from Kay Uniforms in Anaheim on Euclid Street. I bought 2 uniform tops that were on clearance for $9.99 each and koi brand pants for $28.99. They have a huge selection there!

Applications will be available in the Foundation Office (third floor of the Cypress College Complex) starting next week (Monday – January 25, 2016). Students need to have a 2.0 GPA and have completed 3 units at Cypress. They already sent emails out last week about who qualified for the book vouchers. There is a book loan program they are offering and you can apply this week though..would need to call the health science department for more info

You need to register for Nurs191 and 192! Then on the first day of class, register for Nurs193. That class starts half way through the semester. The class schedule and all documents are on mygateway after you register :)

I think I got a count of 7 or 8 books, so sounds about right! Yes, I'm going to family night! I won't be at the BLS class, I took the class already earlier this month :) This is SO exciting! Can't wait to start and meet everyone!!

Right? I feel kinda bad that I wrote that now.... *sigh* lol

Just took mine today and passed! So relieved to have that behind me, now I can just start focusing on starting school soon I was the 3rd or 4th person to finish my test and a few people in front of me didn't pass. So hopefully you'll get a call soon:)

Does anyone know if we'll be given a choice to pick which day we take the TEAS (either wednesday or thursday) or will they be assigning us to a certain day?

Yea, that's not bad at all. I haven't taken chemistry since high school so I'm trying to focus my studies a little more on that section. The other 3 sections seem pretty easy for the most part to me though.
