    Right now we have 2 RN's and a case load of about 147 patients. Some are PT only but we still do the Recerts. It is tough.

    I drove over 700 miles this week. Our agency is in rural East TN and the people are far a part and very poor mostly.

    Ours is $25.00 SNV, $50.00 for SOC and $40.00 for Recert. 0.42 a mile in TN. I think it should be higher.
