Hard to tell without a location. Never heard of them. Must not be a national or regional company.

Looked on the website, bigger than a local company but smaller than a national company. Most people say that as a rule, the smaller, local companies tend to be better. Unless you find someone who is working in the office where you are interviewing, I would just go in with an open mind and the attitude that you are going to make the best of it. That is what I do when I look for a new job. Then after about three weeks I discover that the present employer is just about as bad as the previous ones! Good luck anyway!
