Exactly the same at my facility. I ask pain level when rounding q2, chart it with my vital signs, and report to the nurse as needed.

In Oklahoma, I started as a CNA in a hospital with no experience at 9.25/hour. I now have 3 years experience and am cross-trained to work any and every department that uses CNAs and I still earn under 10.00/hour.

I get time and a half for overtime, plus an extra dollar for every hour I work after 7pm, plus an extra .50 for every hour I work on the weekends. The shift bonuses and overtime add up! :)
