    I was just reading the posts from fall 08 and I can't believe they got their letters JULY 9TH.....But yet they're giving us fall 09 applicants the biggest run around saying it could be the end of July...

    ********* knows how busy it is every semester when people apply to the program. You would assume there would be an adequate amount of staff to answer phone calls, calculate points, mail letters, etc....
