I agree completely with HouTx! Plus, keep in mind that even when you're off of orientation, you can still ask plenty of questions if you need to. I think you'll do great!
If I were you, I'd definitely try my best to stick it out with the hospital you have already been accepted to. After a year, you can always look elsewhere... Best
I think you should give it a little more time. Maybe it's direct, bedside patient care that you don't like? There are so many other options in nursing. How about Case Management, or school nursing?...
