    I agree with Jessic...we do it the exact same way where I work. (CNA settles the pt.) Also, we have 24 hours to get the admit done. The way I see it, the admit paperwork is often my lowest priority....

    Based on the info you gave, I would not have called the doc in this situation. Vital signs do fluctuate.... so since alll other vitals looked ok, labs were ok, and the pt looked good I would not worry...
