What schools did all the new RNs graduate from? Are some schools better than others as far as attracting employers? Is there a trend related to schools or not?

So glad to see others with my game plan! I have a BS in business admin, work in banking, & want out bad! Nursing is something I've wanted to do for many years. ADN or ASN is what I am doing. Pay is not that much more for BSN RNs.

St petersburg college offers micro online. I am taking it now. http://Www.spcollege.edu. They are part of the consortium for transient students so it will transfer back to SJRCC.

I am applying for OP Spring. My points went from 155 to 134 with new points system. I have CNA, BS, only 1 class at SJRCC. I am really upset and am thinking about a different school.

Anybody that didn't get in...did you see the new points system on the nursing application online? Is it bettet or worse for you?

Don't know lowest points last class. They only accept 36 students. You should be able to tell how many points you have using their points system.

they do not take summer off. Op starts spring & palatka starts summer.

Both programs take 5 semesters after prerequisites are finished. I am applying to the OP program which starts in January 2010. I will have 156 points. This would have been enough to get in to the last class. Hoping it will be enough this time too...

What a relief! I got a 92 composite score on my NET today.

Is this school accredited? To transfer classes my school looks for regional accreditation.

I have the same issue, BS degree in Business. All prereq complete except microbio and nutrition. Decided to apply to ADN and Accel Bsn - see which accepts me! This info helps me. Thanks!
