If the landlord said he would make improvements for security purposes the last time, you have a police report for both (all three?) of the burgleries, and he did not make the improvements... I would get a lawyer and have the lawyer request that your landlord reimburse you for the stolen goods and shred the lease. If you had a verbal assurance from the landlord to make improvements and they did not.. hold them accountable.

You are quite correct that would be an error. Neither should be assumed. However the only "guarantee" (insofar as anything is certain) is that someone who has passed a multiple choice test had certain book knowledge available when that test was taken. They may be most adept. They may also a hack. Similarly a village/barefoot doctor can only be assumed to have been convincing to patients in the past. They might be adept. They might also be a hack. It largely depends on the situation. I personally would want a person with a very strong neigung foundation, quite apart from the clinical skills or the book knowledge (both of which are highly desirable). This determination is highly challenging and generally suspect in any event, which is the irreducible problem with holism. But I'm sure you knew that.. you are a smart guy. I'm afraid I'm not following you on this one. I understand Wuxing principle of course, are you implying some sort of relationship between the creative/destructive cycle and the question of acupuncture education? I also note (sadly) you didn't bother to answer the "how long have you been doing neigung?" question.. As I said.. it's not that I don't think you are largely correct.. Former corpsman, attending ST school, decided to go ahead and get the ADN/RN out of the way. Studying for the ESSENTIALS OF NURSING CARE: HEATH SAFETY, intending to schedule it next month. I've done upper-division Psych tests via Excelsior.. so hopefully these nursing tests won't be too much worse if I'm adequately prepared.

Danny, As I understand it.. you pay for exam fees if you test out of the exams. You pay for courses it you take the courses. I'm taking the exams. I'm quite confident in my ability to pass Associates level Nursing finals (after all.. three upper-division psychology exams from Excelsior were no biggie)). Why take the courses? They have online exam content outlines, buy the books from amazon (etc.) and just study and take the test. Excelsior College exams are not "tricky". They say "here are things that can be on the test". You study those things.. you pass. It's not like the psycho crap you hear about traditional nursing school courses. I would at least take the first exam after studying hard and see if you do well on it. If you hose it.. well that's a few hundred dollars that says you are the sort that needs to take the course.

Former navy medic. Presently working on a CST and an RN. Should be done by the end of the year and have my eye open for a VA spot in my area. Have zero interest in rejoining active or reserves though. VA is the good of military involvement, without most of the bad IMO.

From the outside.. was a corpsman at Bethesda. Spent a good bit of time around PHS Commissioned Corps. They were, on the whole, much nicer people than the USN personnel. Josh, How long have you been practicing neigung? 5 years? 10? What good is alot of book knowledge of the points if the needle is dead? De qi and cultivation says nothing about a multiple choice test. I'd rather trust my health to a barefoot doctor with nothing but skill, than I would to someone who was purely a needle mechanic. Now that's not to say all or even most nurses have that understanding.. but you should leave some wiggle-room for the exceptional cases.. you never know what someone may have learned from shrfu. I hope your practice is most fruitful.
