    i'm in charleston wv and they pay more for new cnas so i would guess you should hold out because the one thing i learned is there are lots of places willing to pay the higher salary if you take the heavy caseload of patients.

    i live in wv and the constant i get from the hospital cnas is they don't get overtime and i believe it cause the work a lot of hours with me @ the nursing but you never know until you check with people who work where you want to work

    3-11 is the best in my case you make more on that shift plus less of a hassle then 7-3 and 11-7 is great but if your facility gets a pressure sore problem it always comes back on 3rd shift.
