    yes lab skills are provided via video and through theory before the workshop, demo's & critiqes of the labs are done while at the workshop...pcs practice is done at the workshop and then weekly...

    Sure I will tell you 1st I split my manual into sections. Then chewed-on and digested 1 section at a time Got the skills kit and setup a lab at home… Did labs every day… and I got the time cut...
