A lady from their recruitment team told me its just the general status of their process, basically it says "interview" because the unit managers are interviewing people now, and will call if they are interested in a candidate.

does the 4yr college you attend now have a nursing school? if yes try applying as a transfer student because a lot of accelerated BSN programs require a 3.0 minimum to be accepted.
